EVERSHE respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain and protect personal data when you visit www.evershe.in, place an order, contact us, join our marketing lists or otherwise interact with us.

WHO WE ARE

PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT

Identity and contact data, such as name, email address, telephone number, billing address and delivery address.

Order and transaction data, such as products viewed or purchased, returns, refunds, payment status and order history. Payment-card credentials are processed by payment providers and are not intended to be stored directly by EVERSHE.

Account and preference data, including login details, saved items, sizes, communication preferences and customer-service history.

Device, usage and technical data, such as IP address, browser, device identifiers, cookie identifiers, pages viewed and interactions with the store.

Marketing and social data, such as consent choices, campaign interactions, competition entries and messages sent through social platforms.

Information you voluntarily give us when contacting customer support, reviewing a product or participating in a promotion.

HOW WE COLLECT DATA

We collect data directly from you, automatically through the website and cookies, and from service providers or platforms involved in payments, fulfilment, analytics, advertising, fraud prevention and customer communication, where permitted.

WHY WE USE PERSONAL DATA

To maintain accounts, wishlists and preferences and to communicate service messages.

Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it as easily as it was given, without affecting processing already carried out lawfully.

Shopify and approved partners may use essential cookies to operate checkout, security and account features. With applicable notice or consent, analytics and advertising technologies may measure visits, understand performance and personalise marketing. Available choices may be managed through the store's cookie banner, browser settings and relevant platform settings. Disabling essential cookies may prevent parts of the store from working.

HOW WE DISCLOSE DATA

We disclose personal data only as reasonably necessary to operate the store, complete requested transactions, comply with law or protect rights. Recipients may include Shopify; payment processors such as Razorpay; shipping and fulfilment partners such as Shiprocket and delivery carriers; technology, hosting, analytics, communication, fraud-prevention, accounting and professional advisers; and advertising or social platforms such as Meta, Google or Pinterest where those services are enabled. Each recipient handles data under its own terms and legal obligations.

INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING

Some service providers may process data outside India. Where this occurs, we use providers and contractual or organisational measures intended to protect personal data and comply with applicable transfer restrictions.

RETENTION

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, including order fulfilment, customer support, fraud prevention and legal, tax, accounting or dispute requirements. Retention periods vary by record type. When data is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete, anonymise or securely dispose of it.

No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed. Subject to applicable law, you may request information about processing, access to a summary of your personal data and relevant disclosures, correction or completion of inaccurate data, erasure where retention is no longer required, withdrawal of consent, and grievance redressal. CHILDREN

The store is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly seek personal data from a child for independent use of the service. A parent or lawful guardian should supervise any purchase by a minor. If you believe a child has provided personal data improperly, contact us.

Links to third-party websites or apps are provided for convenience. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, and EVERSHE is not responsible for those independent services.

CHANGES AND COMPLAINTS
